  • Sexually suggestive poses, scenes, or contexts
  • Adult-oriented content including sexual acts, fetishes, or erotic material
  • Any content intended for sexual arousal or gratification
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of others
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Generate content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Generate content for spam, phishing, or other malicious purposes

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the text prompts you submit and the images generated by the Service. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your generated images for both personal and commercial purposes.

4.2 Service Content

The Service itself, including its design, code, and underlying technology, is owned by Dream AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service itself.

4.3 Third-Party Content

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images does not infringe on any third-party rights. While we use AI models trained on publicly available data, we cannot guarantee that generated images will not resemble existing copyrighted works.

5. Privacy and Data

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any images generated will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
